Is there really a free trial?: Yes, 3 days on any paid plan. You add a card when you subscribe, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. One trial per customer.
Where can I buy a plan?: On this website, in the United States and Canada. Inside the iPhone app, those two App Store storefronts are sent here to pay; everywhere else buys through Apple as a normal in-app purchase. Either way the plan is the same and the price matches. The free plan is available everywhere ZYM is.
How do I cancel?: From the billing portal, linked as “Manage or cancel” on the plans screen, or by emailing admin@zym8.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then return to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?: Yes, from the billing portal. Buying the other one instead would start a second subscription. Changes apply immediately either way and Stripe prorates: moving up charges the difference, moving down credits you for time already paid for. Switching during a free trial ends the trial and starts billing straight away. If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple handles this instead: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
What is your refund policy?: The trial is there so you can decide before paying, so charges are generally non-refundable and there is no pro-rata refund for cancelling mid-period. We do refund billing mistakes: charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged an amount other than the one shown at checkout. Email us within 30 days. Full detail in the Terms.
Who handles the payment?: It depends where you bought. On this website it is Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Those plans do not appear in your Apple subscriptions, and Apple cannot cancel or refund them, so contact us instead. Bought inside the iPhone app, it is Apple: it appears in your App Store subscriptions and is cancelled and refunded there.

Form analysis counts every movement looked at, whether you uploaded the clip or your coach kept it during a live call. The camera on a live call is part of Plus: it is what lets your coach watch you move while you train.

Sold on this website in the United States and Canada, and through Apple in the iPhone app everywhere else. Prices in USD here; the App Store charges the equivalent in your own currency. Plans renew until you cancel.
