Start free, no card. Every paid plan begins with 3 days free — you aren't charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.

Billing, plainly.

Is there really a free trial?: Yes — 3 days on any paid plan. You add a card when you subscribe, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. One trial per customer.
Where can I buy a plan?: The United States only, for now. In the iOS app the purchase option appears only on the US App Store storefront. The free plan is available everywhere ZYM is.
How do I cancel?: From the billing portal, linked as “Manage or cancel” on the plans screen, or by emailing admin@zym8.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then return to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Can I switch between Core and Plus?: Yes, from the billing portal — not by buying the other plan, which would start a second subscription. Changes apply immediately either way and Stripe prorates: moving up charges the difference, moving down credits you for time already paid for. Switching during a free trial ends the trial and starts billing straight away.
What is your refund policy?: The trial is there so you can decide before paying, so charges are generally non-refundable and there is no pro-rata refund for cancelling mid-period. We do refund billing mistakes — charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged an amount other than the one shown at checkout. Email us within 30 days. Full detail in the Terms.
Who handles the payment?: Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Plans are sold on our website rather than as an in-app purchase, so they will not appear in your Apple subscriptions and Apple cannot cancel or refund them — contact us instead.

Form analysis counts every movement looked at, whether you uploaded the clip or your coach kept it during a live call. “Trial access” to the camera means the onboarding assessment; Core and Plus can turn it on during any live call.

Paid plans are sold in the United States for now. Prices in USD. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card — and plans renew until you cancel.
