ZYM provides general informational, educational, and motivational content related to fitness, nutrition,
wellness, and lifestyle. ZYM is not a doctor, dietitian, therapist, emergency service, or
licensed medical provider. Using ZYM does not create a medical or professional care relationship.
You should not rely on ZYM for diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disease, emergency decisions, or other
high-risk health matters. If you have chest pain, dizziness, fainting, shortness of breath, severe pain,
neurological symptoms, injury, pregnancy-related concerns, or any urgent or worsening medical issue, stop and
seek qualified medical or emergency care immediately.
4. AI Output and Limitations
ZYM uses AI systems to generate replies, analyze images, and suggest workouts, nutrition ideas, and wellness
guidance. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You
remain solely responsible for how you interpret or act on any output from the service.
You stay in control.
Use independent judgment before acting on training, meal, supplement, recovery, or body-composition guidance,
especially if you have health conditions, injuries, allergies, or other special circumstances.
5. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct
You agree not to use ZYM to:
- Break the law or encourage illegal conduct.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse other users.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, obscene, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
- Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, moderation systems, or usage restrictions.
- Use ZYM to give dangerous instructions, self-harm encouragement, or other harmful content.

You also understand that content shared in direct messages, group chats, or community areas may be visible to
the people or groups you choose to share it with.

and related infrastructure. Your use of third-party sign-in, browsing, or external services may also be subject
to those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.

service or other users, or engaged in misuse, fraud, abuse, or unlawful behavior. You may stop using ZYM at any
time, and you may request account deletion through the app where available.

We may add, modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that ZYM or any feature
will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Temporary outages, maintenance, data delays, model
changes, and experimental features may affect how the service behaves.
10. Disclaimers
ZYM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and
reliability. We do not promise that any content or AI output will meet your expectations or produce any
particular outcome.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYM and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption,
or personal decisions made based on use of the service. Your use of ZYM and any actions you take based on its
content are at your own risk.

By using ZYM, you acknowledge that we may collect and process information as described there.
