Is my squat form right?
Upload one set of squats and see the one thing to fix before your next set: depth, knees, and where the bar travels.

What the check looks at
- 1DepthWhether your hip crease reaches knee height at the bottom.
- 2Knees caving inWhether your knees drift inside your feet, usually coming out of the bottom.
- 3Bar driftWhether the bar stays over mid-foot or wanders forward.
Each one comes back as looks right, adjust, or can't judge. Never a score, and never a number nothing measured. You get the one thing to change on your next set.
How to film it
- 1Any angle works. If you have a choice, slightly in front of your side shows depth and bar path best.
- 2Whole body and the bar in frame, from the floor to above your head.
- 3Film the whole set. 5 to 30 seconds is plenty. Whatever an angle hides, the result marks as can't judge rather than guessing.
