Barbell Back Squat
You maintain a very upright torso and excellent heel contact throughout the entire range of motion.
What the coach saw
As you move into the descent, your knees track forward well, allowing your hips to sink straight down rather than reaching back excessively. At the bottom, your balance remains centered over the middle of your foot, which is evident by the lack of heel lift or toe shifting. As you stand up, your chest and hips rise at the same rate, preventing the bar from drifting forward of your center of mass. This coordination ensures the load stays efficiently stacked over your midfoot until you reach the final lockout.
Try this next set
Focus on driving your knees out slightly more at the bottom to create more space for your hips to sit into.
