Barbell Back Squat
You maintain excellent upright torso positioning and balance throughout the entire range of motion.
What the coach saw
As you descend toward the bottom, your hips and knees move in sync, keeping the weight centered over your midfoot. At the bottom of the lift, you achieve great depth while keeping your chest up and spine neutral. As you stand up, your hips do not shoot up early, which demonstrates strong quad engagement and core stability. The bar path remains vertical from the start of the descent through to the final lockout.

Continue focusing on that controlled tempo during the descent to maintain the same high-quality positioning.
